Occupational therapy is pivotal in promoting health and well-being by enabling people to participate in everyday activities that are meaningful to them.

Occupational therapists work with people with an injury, illness or disability to implement methods that support them to participate in the everyday occupations of life such as self-care, cooking and accessing the community, by adapting a task or changing the environment.

Occupational therapists take a holistic approach to improve the social, emotional, physical and mental well-being of individuals through engagement in occupations.

Our clients include:

  • NDIS participants (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
  • TAC participants (Transport Accident Commission)
  • DVA recipients (Department of Veterans Affairs)

We do not offer occupational therapy for children or individuals who require support for psychosocial or a mental health disability. All appointments are community-based, meaning we come to your home.
